My family came to tour and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction so we chose Regency. The staff we saw during the tour were very nice and it carried over into the great care my cousin received when he arrived. The therapy people that treated him were excellent clinically and had great bedside manners. Thank you for giving great care.
My stay wasn't what I thought it was going to be. All the nurses were nice and the aides were great. I was here so long that my room I called my bedroom (but cleaner)
Since coming here from Community Hosp in Munster, I have been pleased. The level of care has been adequate. The attention and level of care from the hospital staff has been adequate. The food that has been provided could be better tasting. The cleanliness of the room has been good.
All I can say is everyone here is wonderful. You won't get any complain from my husband and I. The staff and nurses treat my husband well and make sure he is not in any pain. Also makes sure he is clean, shave and for housekeeping they keep up with the cleaning. Love that the people here do care and make sure everyone is taken care of. So thank you so much! If my husband has to come back, this is the place I would love to have him here again at Regency. Excellent care!!!
The care was good and so was the food. I would come back to Regency if I had to and would tell a friend. Thanks and god bless all you good people that work here.
