I was delivered a vase with half of the flowers dead. What I got looked nothing like the beautiful arrangement I saw online. I called to complain and was only offered a discount on my next order. I don't recommend this place and will not order from here any longer.
Unprofessional owner who sold and delivered me dead green roses on my wedding day. I spent $900 at her shop and quality was extremely poor. I rented vases and bought overpriced rose balls that she tried to say i rented which was not in our contract. She tried to keep my $150 deposit and didn't want to give me any money back on the dead roses she delivered. My professional pictures even show that all my green roses were brown. She yelled at me over the phone and i had to drive 2.5 hours one way just to try and get my deposit back in person. She told me she didn't care if I was happy or not. Unbelievable! Don't do business here!! TRUST ME
